There are many options available for Retaining Walls. It is important that your retainer wall is built by a Qualifed Landscaper who is experienced in building Retainer Walls of all heights and understands the basic engineering requirements. 

Traditional Sleeper Retainer Walls are effective and price sensitive, uprights can be either timber or steel.

Other options include Besser Block Retainer Walls which are then core filled and can either be rendered or clad with paving or tiles.

Brick retainer walls are also great looking in the right garden.
